Tineke Rubber Tree - Ficus elastica - 2.5L / 17cm / Medium Value Range Replacement Wattage: 300W Incandescent BulbThe Ficus elastica is often referred to as the Rubber Tree because the sap of this species is the original source of latex, but there's nothing plastic about this tree. It's alive. The Tineke Ficus elastica Rubber Tree is one of the more challenging varieties and is not for beginners. The plant needs bright indirect light for long periods and soil to be left to be a little drier (but not dry) between waterings to keep the leaves in top condition.
