Back From the Hunt French Wall Tapestry SIZE:110"W x 70"H A remarkable wall tapestryThis is a tapestry reproduction of an original piece from the late 16th century. The Renaissance radically changed the art of tapestry. To the austerity of the Middle Ages succeeded the Italian influence with its sense of composition, decoration and perspective. Accompanied by his helpers, a lord returns to his distant castle after a hunt. A rich border of fruit, flowers and birds frames this scene.
