Arms of the Knights Belgian Wall Tapestry Exclusives for the Duke Louis IArms of the Knights Belgian tapestry is inspired by the work of William Morris. (1836 1896) Arms of the Knights tapestry tells the tale of the 24 knights of the round table sent to search for the unicorn. In this tapestry the lion represents the knights as well as the shields, or "escutcheon" in the background.
