Germany, Wehrmacht. A Commemorative Totenkopf Ring in Silver Province of China with a slightly raised barrel(Totenkopf Fingerring in Silber). Constructed of silver, the exterior bearing a large raised Totenkopf, the interior stamped with a silver content number of 835, flanked by illegible hallmarks, corresponding to a mens size 11, weighing 4. 1 grams, demonstrating softening of features consistent with regular wear, a quintessential example of a ring privately purchased as a service memento by Wehrmacht and Waffen SS personnel in very fine condition.
