Domaine Grégoire Hoppenot 'Indigène' Fleurie, 2023 nouveau and Shellfish100% Gamay from some of Hoppenot's older vines. It still has the same delicate touch of a Fleurie, but with a bigger brushstroke. Pair it with soy honey glazed chicken thighs, roasted carrots, and white rice.
