Experimental Color Workshop #01 Style:U.S.A., c. 1965 Donna Ingram YoungOriginal silkscreen poster by artist Peter Gee for an Experimental Color Workshop taught by Peter Gee himself. The workshop would "give a student the opportunity to study color on a comparative and empirical basis." Printed on the poster is a full spectrum of colors, in line with Gee's belief that color is a "fundamental visual experience." Peter Gee was a British born artist who rose to prominence as part of the 60s pop art movement in New York.
