2023 Birgit Braunstein Chardonnay Felsenstein, Burgenland, Austria (750ml) Cortese Models as Kate Moss andWINEMAKER'S NOTES: Cool elegance, finesse and minerality. The Felsenstein vineyard is characterized by calcareous rock and an exposed high altitude a place where Chardonnay can grow in its purest form. Cool nights and the constant breeze from the Leithaberg create a delicate, exciting wine with salty minerality, bright fruit and a clear structure. A Chardonnay for those who appreciate precision and length. A Leithaberg classic with depth. TASTING
