Germany, Heer. A Krim Shield Auction The cap measures 275 mm(Heer Krimschild). Constructed of bronzed magnetic metal, the obverse consisting of a shield bearing a raised map of Crimea and southern Ukraine, topped by a Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, flanked by dates 1941 1942, affixed with all four attachment prongs to a magnetic metal backplate with a field grey wool liner indicating Heer issues, the reverse retaining a fully intact black paper liner, unmarked, a striking example in near
